Holly Lodge is situated in a prime location on the leafy Georgian square ‘The Buttlands’ in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea, a historic fishing port and popular seaside resort on the north Norfolk coast. Holly Lodge has been newly refurbished to an exceptionally high standard and is available for the first time for holiday rentals. It boasts a lovely open plan living area downstairs that allows the whole family to be together in one area whilst allowing some segregation between kitchen, dining & living space. There are two sets of French doors out to the garden to the rear and the whole house has a bright and airy feel.

This property forms part of a three house terrace comprising Holly Cottage (sleeps 2), Holly House (sleeps 8) and this property Holly Lodge. All three could be booked together for large family gatherings or parties.

Parking is available without restriction on the Buttlands to the front of the property. There is a small patio & lawned garden accessed through the double glazed doors in the reception room. This garden is shared with both Holly Cottage and Holly House although some segregation is achieved by a wall divider between each property and some shrub planting to delineate the gardens. Please note that whilst the garden is walled there is access down the side of Holly Loge (for owners of dogs & small children). The front garden is also enclosed but relies on the gates to the front of each property to be closed.
