Holly House is a newly refurbished period property in Wells next the Sea. It is situated on The Buttlands square, one of the most beautiful parts of Wells, close to the Quay and all shops and restaurants. The property has been beautifully renovated in a contemporary and clean style, with quality bathrooms and kitchen. The ground floor is open plan providing very spacious accommodation. A perfect base to walk and explore Wells and all its nooks and crannies. Holly House is joined on either side by Holly Cottage (sleeps 4) and Holly Lodge (sleeps 6). Although all are completely seperate properties together they would make an excellent base for larger groups.

Ground floor:

Entrance leads to the open plan dining & kitchen area. There are tiled floors throughout the ground floor all with underfloor heating.

Kitchen: Good quality spacious kitchen with central island incorporating counter space and sink, making this a real hub of the house. The kitchen comprises of integral ceramic hob with extractor over, integral fan assisted oven with separate grill, freestanding fridge with small ice box, microwave, integral dishwasher, toaster & kettle. There are bay windows to the front of the property, a large square arch leading to the dining area and a second square arch leading to the snug.

Dining Room: Bright and spacious room with large dining table and chairs, retro sideboard and occasional table. French doors to front of the property and double doors leading to the sitting room.

Sitting room: Sunny and spacious room. Comfortable four seater sofa, easy chair and footstool. Standard lamp, occasional tables, large flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD & VHS player. French doors to terrace and shared garden beyond.

There is parking on the roadside outside the house and free parking on The Buttlands and nearby streets. There is a pay car park a few minutes walk away. The garden is shared with both Holly Cottage and Holly House although some segregation is acheived by a wall divider between each property and some shrub planting to deliniate the gardens. Please note that whilst the garden is walled there is access down the side of Holly Loge (for owners of dogs & small children). The front garden is also enclosed but relies on the gates to the front of each property to be closed..
